Edmentum is making your reservation and covering the cost of your hotel stay during the Launch dates (three nights, February 19-22, 2024). Rooms are single occupancy unless otherwise requested via your registration survey. A credit card is required to reserve, with a $150/per night hold throughout your stay. Please be sure to leave any other hotel needs in your registration survey and we will do our best to accommodate. 

If you would like to extend your stay, you can do so directly through the hotel by booking up to three additional nights. To book pre- or post-Launch nights, send an email to [email protected], and include your name, that you’re part of the Edmentum group, and the dates you’d like to book. Additional nights are the lesser of the prevailing rate for those dates (currently $185/night) or $260/night, plus tax and a $35/night resort fee. All extended stays are based on availability and require a credit card to reserve.
