Flights
Please plan to arrive the afternoon of Monday, February 19 in advance of the Welcome Reception at 6:00 pm. Keep in mind that it is a 15-20 minute ride from the airport to the resort. For your return, be sure your flight departs after 1:00pm on Thursday, February 22. The final session will end at approximately 10:00am.
You will be responsible for booking and purchasing your own round-trip ticket to Las Vegas through Concur following Edmentum’s Travel Policy. Please do not purchase your flight until after our seasonal shutdown when you are instructed to do so.
Those traveling from the UK are strongly encouraged to take the group flight that Edmentum has booked, unless you require a more flexible schedule or city. The group flight details are below. Should you choose to extend your stay, note that your additional hotel room fees and meals are at your own expense and your responsibility to secure.
Once instructed to do so, please purchase a coach, round trip ticket to Las Vegas. If flight times lead to an excessive day of travel or flight costs are such that arriving early or staying late is comparable in cost, please copy and complete the cost comparison templates below and review with your manager. If you intend to arrive early or stay an extra day, please send your request to [email protected].

Transportation from the Las Vegas airport to the Conrad—Monday, February 19
We will run continuous shuttle service on Monday, February 19 from the LAS airport to the hotel. Shuttles will depart every 20-30 minutes between 9:00am and 4:00pm, with the last shuttle leaving the airport at 4:00pm. To pick up your shuttle once you have your luggage, go to the following location based on your arrival terminal and look for our greeter holding an Edmentum sign. He or she will lead you to the bus for the short ride to the hotel.
- Terminal 1 (Allegiant, American, Delta, Southwest, Spirit): Our greeter will meet you in the middle of the baggage claim area—look for the sign—and lead you to the bus. If you don’t see our greeter, proceed to the Zero Level-Bus Staging Area.
- Terminal 3 (Alaska, Frontier, JetBlue, Sun Country, United): Our greeter will meet you in the middle of the baggage claim area—look for the sign—and lead you to the bus. If you don’t see our greeter, head to Door 51, which is near the bus staging area.
Transportation from the Conrad to the Las Vegas airport—Thursday, February 22
- For those departing on Thursday, February 22, the shuttle will run continuously between 11:00am and 4:00pm, departing the Conrad every 20-30 minutes. Departures will be from the Rideshare lot at Resorts World–we’ll have signs and staff directing you to the departure area.
- For those on the flight back to London on Thursday, February 22, the bus will depart from the Rideshare lot at 7:00pm.
